Our popular Agar is odourless and flavourless so can be used in a wide variety of recipes without impacting the flavour.

Agar powder is a nutrient rich plant-based alternative to gelatin, a thickener for soups and dressings, to make fruit preserves, vegan ice cream, jelliescheesecake and other desserts

Directions: Add 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid (some experimentation may be required for desired consistency). Heat to 90 degrees and stir until dissolved (don’t boil excessively). Will expand upon re-hydrating and set at room temperature. 

Ingredients:  Agar dried sea vegetable (Gracilaria verrucosa) extract 100%.
