National Shipping
Orders will be packed and shipped within 2 working days of order. Orders will not be packed or shipped on weekends. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We use NZ Post as our courier of choice and from dispatch all orders will be supplied a tracking number and updated along the way as to the status of their shipment. Prices vary on domestic shipping depending on location. North Island addresses will be subject to a flat rate of $6 for a package less than 20kg. Packages in a surplus of 20kg will be charged by weight of the item. South Island addresses will pay a flat rate of $11 for a package weighing less than 20kg. Surplus rules will apply as stated above. 

Click & Collect
All order placed online have the option of being picked up in store during normal store hours 7 days/week. We ask that all orders are given a 2 hours preparation time before being picked up. Customers may choose their ideal day and time slot at the time checkout. There will be a dedicated section in-store dedicated to package pickup and will be labeled accordingly. Delivery
On select days we will offer Cambridge delivery for an additional $5 charge. Your address must be within 20km distance of our Cambridge based shop and comes with a minimum order of $30. We ask that all orders be made before 10 am for same day delivery. Any orders placed after 9am on the selected delivery day will be pushed to the next available delivery day. Customers will have the option to choose delivery at the time of checkout and will only be allowed to choose that option if your address falls within the 20km radius rule. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched and can expect your delivery within the time-frame given. Deliveries will be left at your door in chilled box (if necessary). Please provide any special instructions for delivery at the time of checkout, if they apply. 

Returns
Sorry but we do not offer returns on our products. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products,  or there is an issue with the quality of the products you receive, please contact us at Hello@fillgood.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order with us within 8 hrs of placing it but outside of this time frame is subject to prior approval as it is most likely your order would have already been packed. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@fillgood.co.nz and we'll advise you where to send your item to.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping address will be supplied at time of enquiry. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund Policy
Returns
Sorry but we don't offer returns on our products. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, quality or there is an issue with one of your products you receive, please contact us at info@honestwholefoodco.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@honestwholefoodco.co.nz and we'll advise you where to send your item to.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
