The ideal substitute for meat, TVP (soy protein) is full of nourishing plant –based goodness, including protein and dietary fibre. It’s easy to prepare and super versatile, taking on the flavour of whatever recipe it is added too. Simply soak in hot water or broth for 10 minutes before adding to your recipe, or sauté with spices and Tamari. It’s delicious in pasta dishes, stir-fires or use as a nutritious stuffing!
