Our vegan version is a modern take on this delicious tradition, featuring sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms for added oomph.
What makes a knockout vegan lasagne? First, there’s spinach for delicate flavour. Then rich, handmade tomato sauce. Pumpkin/coconut cream subs in for the heavy creaminess of a bechamel, and don’t forget to throw in a few herbs for good measure. Voilà!
